Charles Baker has been employed for over 36 years in the Clerk's Office and is in his 2nd term as elected Clerk of Court. The Clerk of Superior and State Court administers the proper registration and retention of official documents. Included are civil and criminal proceedings, adoption records, real estate, personal property transactions, Board of Equalization and various other vital records including the general execution docket, trade names, limited / general partnerships, appeal records, and Notary Public.
