“The County request that bidders email an Intent-to-Attend Notice for the Optional Pre-Bid Meeting by no later than Tuesday, March 28, 2023 to .”

2.         The County removes the requirement of Performance and Payment bonds.

                                    3.0 General Business Requirements

¶ 3.2 Performance and Payment Bonds. 

Replace entire paragraph with “Not required for professional services”.
