                                     Project Name:  Alberta Banks Park Fencing and Dugout Repairs

IFB Number #052-43 – Addendum 1                                                                                                March 23, 2023

A pre-bid meeting was held on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.  The meeting was held at Alberta Banks Parks, 5575 GC Crow Road #2704, Field 1, Flowery Branch, GA  30542.  We had six (6) companies represented at the meeting. The vendors that attended were as follows:

Security Fence, Braselton, GA – Cody Batton

Chattahoochee Group, Clermont, GA – Mark Gravitt

Gateway Fence, Cleveland, GA – Adrian Howard

Crown Service Contractors, Flowery Branch, GA – Jake Rizner

 Nic Murphy – Hall County Parks & Leisure

Brandon Smith – Hall County Parks & Leisure

Debra Howington – Hall County Purchasing Department

 Nic and Brandon walked the five (5) ballfields that need to have fencing repair and new dugouts with the individuals that came to the pre-bid.  A few specifications have been added to the original list. 

 ? 26 gauge corrugated gray metal roofing

? Steel frame structure, 2x6 framing and four (4) inch post

? Two (2) additional wing walls for dugouts on field five (5) (8x8)

? Backfill all fence on field one (1)

? Include all necessary adjustments and latches needed for field one (1)

? Remove temporary dugouts when new ones are completed

? The dugout pads will be four (4) inches deep and 3000psi with wire

 The deadline for all questions from the pre-bid are due not later than 3/23 at noon. Another addendum will be issued if any further questions are received.
