1. Paragraph #1 – as reads:

Hall County, Georgia is seeking Statements of Qualifications with Managers at Risk (CMAR) (herein “Contractor”) by Thursday, March 30, 2023, no later than 2:00pm EST.

Paragraph #1- modified this day to read:

Hall County, Georgia is seeking Statements of Qualifications with a Proposal of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) from Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) (herein “Contractor”) by Thursday, April 6, 2023, no later than 2:00pm EST.

2. Add this language below Paragraph #1

The County will hold the Mandatory Pre-Bid Site-Visit starting promptly at 10:00am, in the cafeteria located within the Hall County Health Department at the address above. Only those contractors attending the Pre-Bid meeting may proceed to submit a bid proposal.
