A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit was held at the Hall County Spout Springs Water Reclamation Facility located at 6818 Spout Springs Road, Flowery Branch, GA 30542, on March 25, 2022.  

The Bid Package Documents, all associated Attachments, and Addenda 1 & 2 containing technical responses to questions from the pre-bid conference may be may be accessed and downloaded via the County’s SmartFile FTP site with the folder titled “RFP #42-021 Friendship Road Corridor Sewer Extension” utilizing the following link:
