    • This form must be filled out completely.
    • Your request must be submitted 10 business days prior to the scheduled court date/meeting.
    • Please note that ASL and all languages other than Spanish are filled through a vendor and take longer to process.
    • An email confirmation will be sent once your request has been processed.
    • If your request is submitted after business hours, one of our representatives will be in contact with you the next business day.
    • You should submit a new request form for each court date for which an interpreter is needed.
    • If this case/appointment is cancelled or postponed, it is your responsibility to notify the Interpretive Services Office via email with the appropriate notice.

    The Interpretive Services Department has received an influx of interpretive service requests across the circuit, and any submission received less than 10 business days in advance may be difficult to fulfill.  

    If your case/appointment is being cancelled or postponed, it is your responsibility to notify the Interpretive Services Office with the appropriate notice during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
