My property was recovered after having been stolen, how do I have my property returned?
When claiming recovered property you will have to have either a serial number or some other type of identifiers to assure the property recovered belongs to you. This may have already been accomplished by the recovering officer / investigators. If the situation involves a suspect having been charged criminally the Hall County District Attorney's Office will allow the release of the property if it is not needed as evidence in the criminal case.
