My firearms were seized pursuant to a Temporary Protective Order, what steps must I take to reclaim them?
The TPO must have been vacated by court order and an order from a Superior Court Judge stating the firearms seized pursuant to the TPO may be returned to you (or another person, if you are no longer legally eligible to possess a firearm). Before the firearm(s) may be returned, the person taking possession must pass a criminal background check.
