Katie Crumley serves as Assistant County Administrator for Hall County Government, a role she has held since January 2023. Under her leadership in her previous roles Communications and Strategic Engagement Manager and Public Information Officer, Hall County completed a successful re-branding campaign, uncovered and implemented a set of organizational values for 1,400+ employees, launched a complete website overhaul and has consistently kept citizens informed of these and other government happenings. Before joining Hall County Government, Katie worked as a reporter, anchor and editor for a local radio station, which has proved to be lucrative in her understanding of the media she works with on a daily basis.
A native of Gainesville, Katie is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. She is a sustainer of the Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County, serves on the board of directors for Rape Response, is a member of the Northeast Georgia Medical Center's Auxiliary Board, the Arts Council Board, the Vision 2030 Public Art Steering Committee and serves as Tri-Chair for the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Auxiliary's Marketplace event. She is a graduate of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Hall County program and is a member of Gainesville First United Methodist Church.
