Meanwhile, the first Hall County Planning Commission meeting for January 2022 will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 5:15 p.m. at the Gainesville Civic Center. Planning Commission meetings are typically held on the first and third Monday of every month; however, this first meeting of the year has been moved back one day to accommodate the County’s observance of the New Year’s holiday on Monday, Jan. 3.
Essential public safety and public works personnel will continue service as usual during the holidays. Many county services are always available online: residents can renew a vehicle tag, find a new pet, pay taxes, and more at hallcounty.org.
