Hall County Government is providing yet another avenue of communication between County officials and citizens.
A new feature on the County’s website was launched recently which solicits comments from website visitors.
“We are constantly seeking to improve the level of customer service we provide to those who come into contact with any County department—whether online or in person,” Hall County Administrator Randy Knighton said. “While we have always encouraged feedback from citizens, this provides a concrete path for that feedback to be reviewed by our department heads so that improvements can be made where necessary and so that we can know when a County employee has gone above and beyond.”
Citizens can find the Citizen Comment Card at www.hallcounty.org. In addition, physical comment card boxes have been placed throughout the Hall County Government Center and at all three community centers.
“We look forward to hearing from our citizens,” said Knighton.
In addition to the Citizen Comment Card, citizens also have an opportunity to report a concern online and make County officials aware of various issues including code violations, road hazards, fire marshal hazards and more. The “Report a Concern” button is also located on the homepage of www.hallcounty.org and was incorporated into the redesign of the County’s website in 2014.
