The Hall County Tax Commissioner is pleased to announce the addition of a new service within the office – a dedicated Dealer/Fleet Agent. This service is available for all dealerships and businesses or individuals with more than 25 fleet transactions.
“In previous years, the dealer and fleet work were handled among the front line. Though the staff handled the specialized work well, it hasn’t always been practical with the time sensitive needs of dealerships and with the numerous transactions and extra requirements for fleet maintenance vehicles. Creating a dedicated agent for such transactions will further improve efficiency for other agents handling individual transactions. We are extremely thankful to the Board of Commissioners for agreeing there is a necessity for this type of position to meet the needs of our growing number of diverse dealerships,” said Hall County Tax Commissioner Darla Eden.
The Dealer/Fleet Agent position has been awarded to Gricelda Juarez who has been a member of the department since 2013. The dealer/fleet service will be stationed at window 2 in the Tax Commissioner’s office at the Hall County Government Center, 2875 Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville on the 1st Floor.
“Gricelda has a heart for public service, and her knowledge of motor vehicle tax laws and requirements serves our office and taxpayers well. Her bilingual skills will ensure that all businesses will be serviced efficiently. She is looking forward to meeting the dealerships and businesses and helping them solve their motor vehicle needs,” said Eden.
Dealer and fleet businesses may mail in, drop off, or come into the office to handle their title and tag work. For questions, please contact Gricelda by emailing email@example.com, calling 770.531.6950 x4404 or faxing 770.531.7106.
