Need a laptop for work or school? Traveling this summer and need access to a hotspot? Want to keep your child learning while school is out? Your local library has everything you need!
The Hall County Library System will now be offering Chromebook computers, wi-fi hotspots, and children’s educational Launchpad tablets for check out at all branch libraries. The aforementioned devices are pre-configured and pre-loaded with programs intended for education and work-based needs. All items can be checked out free of charge for a two-week period to any library cardholder.
Chromebooks and children’s Launchpad learning tablets were provided to all public library systems across Georgia by Georgia Public Library Service. This project was assisted through a grant from the Georgia Public Library Service with federal pandemic funding from the State of Georgia Governor’s Office.
