Records Management Division

About the Division

The Records Management Division is responsible for the control and security of all Superior and State Clerk files. It is our job to maintain the integrity of the information contained within the Clerk's file.

This division processes all requests, within the courthouse, for files and delivers them to the requester. Once proceedings have concluded, it is our responsibility to retrieve all Clerk files. Files are tracked using CJIS case management system as well as Excel spreadsheets to maintain current location information of all files.
