The records unit, supervised by Lieutenant Cameron Parker, is the central storage location for all incident and accident reports generated by the Sheriff's Office and is responsible for collecting, securing, storing, duplicating, distributing and disseminating records and reports to members of the public, courts, insurance companies, and other divisions, sections and units of the Sheriff's Office.
Additionally, the division is responsible for expungement orders, maintaining a current database of all registered sex offenders in Hall County, conducting pre-employment criminal background checks for government agencies, businesses, and individuals, and also maintaining / validating all temporary protective orders.
