The mission of the Public Information and Community Services Unit is to join in partnership with the residents of Hall County to create safe communities, reduce the opportunity for crime, and to conduct outreach activities to promote strong relationships with our citizens.
Services
The Public Information and Community Services Unit is the focal point for information and communications between the Sheriff's Office and the community. It conducts a variety of special events and outreach efforts, in addition to administering programs and services such as neighborhood watch, personal safety awareness, identity theft and fraud prevention, and property crime prevention. Home and business security surveys are also offered at no cost. Community Services officers are available to assist citizens with filing incident reports at the Sheriff's Office Headquarters and community precincts.
