Online Meetings

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the efforts to practice social distancing, Hall County is offering citizens the chance to watch and participate in public meetings remotely. Citizens can watch a live stream of the meetings online at www.HallCounty.org and register public comments ahead of time, online or in real time via GoToWebinar. Beginning with the Planning Commission meeting on Jan. 19, 2021, meetings will be conducted remotely; citizens wishing to register a comment must do so via either online option listed above.

How Does It Work?

Watch the proceedings online. The meeting is streamed live on the homepage of HallCounty.org at the time of the meeting. Citizens will be able to follow the meeting in real time.

Register a comment ahead of time, online. At the bottom of this page are links to online forms for citizens to register public comments. These comments will be presented to the Board members ahead of their votes. This option allows for the inclusion of photos, videos and other documents, should you wish to utilize them. Online comments must be submitted 24 hours in advance.

Register a comment in real time, via GoToWebinar. By joining the meeting via GoToWebinar, citizens can view the proceedings in real time. Using the "Raise Hand" function, citizens can be called upon to make comments on whichever agenda item(s) are applicable. This option allows for verbal comments only. Citizens wishing to share photos, videos, etc. should utilize the online comment form.
