On April 23, 2012, Agents with the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency narcotics Squad (MANS) and Deputies with the Hall County Sheriff's Office arrested 34 year-old Javari Orlando Shields, of Decatur, during the course of a drug investigation.
Agents arrested Mr. Shields without incident after he delivered approximately one pound of marijuana to a pre-determined location.
Mr. Shields was booked into the Hall County Jail, charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute, Felony Possession of Marijuana, and Use of a Communications Device to Facilitate a Drug Transaction.
