On April 04, 2012, Agents with the Multi Agency Narcotics Squad and the Hall County Sheriff's Office Uniformed Patrol Division arrested 26 year-old Joshua Marcus Spencer during the course of a drug investigation.
Agents arrested Mr. Spencer after he delivered a quantity of Oxycodone tablets to a predetermined location to sell.
Mr. Spencer was arrested without incident and booked into the Hall County Jail, charged with Possession of Oxycodone with Intent to Distribute.
