Information
Hall County operates and maintains numerous resource recovery and compactor sites around the County.
The hours of operation for all Compactor Site Locations are as follows:
Monday-Saturday 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Sunday 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
The Recycling Center offices and processing facility is open Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

1008 Chestnut Street (across from Warren Featherbone) plastic (PETE
#1/HDPE #2), glass, newspaper, corrugated cardboard, aluminum, bound
books, tin cans, magazines, and used motor oil. Portable rechargeable batteries of these types: Nickel Cadmium (Ni-Cd), Nickel Metal Hydride (Ni-MH), Lithium Ion (Li-ion) and Small Sealed Lead* (Pb). Used cooking oil (grease). Office paper and mixed
paper are also recycled here.

Allen Creek Road approximately 1 mi. from intersection of Monroe Dr.
and 129 S. (Athens Hwy.)

Old Flowery Branch Road (south side of Mundy Mill Road) approximately
0.2 mi. from Mundy/McEver intersection

Atlanta Hwy., approximately 1/4 mile south of
I-985, behind South Hall Library

South side of SR 332 3/10 mi. west of SR 60 near Candler, next to
Hopewell Baptist Church

East Crescent Dr., just off Jesse Jewell, across from Fire Station
Hdqrs. next to the Farmers Market

Atlanta Hwy., approximately 1/4 mile south of intersection with Hog
Mountain Road

Gaines Ferry Road, between Atlanta Highway and McEver Road behind
County Fire Station #8

Hillside Gardens Lane, between McEver Road Extension and Spring Road

Hwy. 52 approx. 1/2 mile north of intersection with Hwy. 365

Hwy. 60 next to Fieldale, just inside Murrayville Corp. Limits

Sardis Road just west of Sardis Elementary School

Hwy. 82, just east of Tadmore Elementary and 1/4 mile from intersection
with Highway 323
