Dacula Man Arrested for Entering Autos, Drug Charges 7/25/2012 On July 25, 2012, Agents with the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad (MANS) and Deputies with the Hall County Sheriff's Office Uniform Patrol Division arrested one individual during the course of an entering auto investigation. Deputies arrested Zachary Howard without incident after responding to River Valley Way in regards to complaints of multiple entering autos in progress. MANS Agents responded and charged Mr. Howard with three counts of entering auto, three counts of transaction card theft, possession of marijuana (misdemeanor), and Possession of Alprazolam. Items taken from the vehicles included transaction cards and jewelry. An additional suspect fled the scene and is suspected of being involved in additional entering autos in the same area. Further arrests/charges are pending. Mr. Howard was booked into the Hall County Jail, charged as follows: Entering Auto (3 cts) Transaction Card Theft (3 cts) Possession of Alprazolam Possession of Marijuana (misdemeanor) This case remains under investigation by the Gainesville-Hall County MANS Unit.
