Early voting information 6/30/2012 Hall County voters will receive yellow voter cards in the mail in the coming weeks, some reflecting new poll locations in effect for the July 31 General Primary. The Hall County Board of Elections changed or consolidated several polls due to redistricting and reapportionment that occurred over the past year as a result of the 2010 census. These locations were approved by the U.S. Department of Justice. Any registered voter who does not receive a card should contact Hall County Elections at 770-531-6945.
