On May 4, 2012, Agents with the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad (NANS) and Deputies with the Hall County Sheriffs Office arrested 20 year-old Taylor Ray Purdy, of Gainesville, during the course of a drug investigation.
Agents arrested Purdy after he delivered a quantity of marijuana to a pre-determined location in the 3900 Block of Hidden Hollow Drive.
At the time of his arrest, Mr. Purdy also had two outstanding warrants for Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Distribute and one outstanding warrant for Felony Possession of Marijuana. Those warrants were issued based on a drug investigation in April, 2012.
Purdy was arrested without incident and booked into the Hall County Jail, charged with (3) counts Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute and (2) counts of Possession of Marijuana (felony).
