Cooley Drive Home Invasion
3/7/2012

On March 6, 2012 at approximately 10:40 PM, Sheriff's Deputies responded to the 900 block of Cooley Drive regarding a report of a home invasion. Upon arrival, Deputies learned that four armed men entered a residence and held one adult and nine juveniles at gunpoint. After ransacking the house and demanding money and electronics, but obtaining none, the subjects fled the residence.

While approaching the scene, a Deputy observed a white Buick passenger car on Black Drive traveling with no headlights and attempted to initiate a traffic stop. The occupants of the vehicle fled on foot, and a K-9 team responded to the area and tracked them to a house on Jordan Drive. Four male subjects were arrested at that location without incident. Two weapons were recovered from the vehicle, and two more were later located in an abandoned residence on Jordan Drive.

No one was injured during the incident.

Arrested were 17 year-old Dustin Jones and 18 year-old Na-Torriocquie Glenn, both of Gainesville, along with 18 year-old Joseph Berry and 21 year-old Marquis Berry, of Oakwood. All four were booked into the Hall County Jail, charged with one count of armed robbery and ten counts of aggravated assault each. Bond will be set at first appearance.

The incident remains under investigation by the Hall County Sheriff's Office, Criminal Investigations Division.
