Absentee ballots by mail are available for the Dec. 6 special election to fill the 25th State House seat, the unexpired term of James Mills. Applications are available at the Hall County Elections Office or online.
Early voting is available, as well, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Elections Office, 2285 Browns Bridge Road, Suite 2, Gainesville. The office will be closed Nov. 23-25 for a furlough and the Thanksgiving holidays.
All voters who were registered before Oct. 11 are eligible to vote in this special runoff election.
