South Hall Women Arrested for Pill Sale 8/12/2011 On August 11, 2011, Agents with the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad (MANS) arrested two individuals during the course of a drug investigation. Agents arrested 29 year-old Mary Angela Bell, of Buford, as she was selling a quantity of hydrocodone and carisprodal to 27 year-old Trista Nicole Summerour, of Flowery Branch. The street value of the drugs which were seized was estimated to be $1,360.
