On August 5, 2011, Agents with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division and the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad (MANS) arrested 45 year-old Glenn Douglas Berry, of Flowery Branch, during the course of an investigation.
During the course executing a search warrant at his home, Agents located and seized video tapes, CDs, DVDs, and hard drives which contained at least 368 images of child pornography.
Additionally, eight growing marijuana plants and a quantity of processed marijuana was seized. The street value of the marijuana was approximately $16,000.
Mr. Berry was arrested without incident and subsequently booked in at the Hall County Jail without bond, charged with 368 counts of
Child Pornography, Manufacture of Marijuana, and Felony Possession of Marijuana.
