Appointed County Administrator in July 2011, Randy earned his Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida, and his Master of Divinity from Emory University. He previously worked for the Orange County Planning Department (Orlando, Florida), the City of Orlando Planning Department (Orlando, Florida), and the Osceola County Planning Department (Kissimmee, Florida), as well as Hall County Senior Planner for 4 years before accepting his current position. Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), and the American Planning Association (APA).
Randy and his wife Debbie have two children, Randy II and Ryan.
