You can now pay your emergency services bills securely online using a credit or debit card. To use this optional payment method you will need your bill's "call number", and your credit or debit card number.
Your "call number" is the number shown on your paper bill in the upper right corner (see image below).
A convenience fee of $2.50 (USD) will apply for online payments. This fee is collected by Hall County to offset payment processing fees paid to the bank(s). Credit/Debit cards accepted are VISA®, MASTERCARD®, and DISCOVER® in US dollars (USD).
EMS Services bills may also be paid in our office at 470 Crescent Drive, Gainesville, or by mail at P.O. Box 907730, Gainesville, GA 30501.
Hall County does not collect personal or financial information through the payment interface, and abides by all provisions of the Privacy Policy.
If you believe an error or adjustment needs to be addressed, you may contact EMS Billing at 770-531-6835, or visit the office in person. Every effort will be made to address your concerns prior to payment.
Use of the online payment portal requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with Javascript enabled. Third-party security software/firewalls or custom browser security option settings may interfere with this payment process. If you have problems completing your payments online, you may try temporarily disabling your personal security/firewall software and returning Internet Explorer security settings to default.
