Judge C. Andrew Fuller has served as a Superior Court Judge for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit since July, 1993. He is the presiding judge of the Hall County Re-Entry Accountability Court Transition Program (REACT). Prior to being appointed judge, he was elected District Attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit and served from January, 1987 until July, 1993. From January, 1982 until December, 1986 he was in the private practice of law in Gainesville, Georgia.

Judge Fuller is a member of the Council of Superior Court Judges’ Association and formerly served as the Chief Judge for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit from January, 1998 until July 9, 2018 and the Administrative Judge for the 9th Judicial District from July, 2010 until June 30, 2012. He serves as Chairman of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council having been appointed by Governor Deal in November, 2011, and also serves on the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution having been sworn in by Supreme Court Justice Hugh Thompson in June, 2009. He formerly served on the Advisory Board of the Georgia Indigent Defense Council.

Judge Fuller is a native of Gainesville, Hall County and graduated from Gainesville High School. After receiving a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, he received his Juris Doctor in June 1980 from Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He is married to Gay and they have two daughters, Carolyn (Trent) and Michelle (John) as well as three grandchildren, Mac, Mimi and Will. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gainesville.
