You can now pay your business landfill bills securely online using a credit or debit card. To use this optional payment method you will need your "Customer ID", and your credit or debit card number.
Your Customer ID is the number shown on your paper bill below the County seal (see image below).
A convenience fee of $2.50 (USD) will apply for online payments. This fee is collected by Hall County to offset payment processing fees paid to the bank(s). Credit/Debit cards accepted are VISA®, MASTERCARD®, and DISCOVER® in US dollars (USD).
Landfill service bills may also be paid by mail at P.O. Box 1435, Gainesville, GA 30503.
Hall County does not collect personal or financial information through the payment interface, and abides by all provisions of the Privacy Policy.
If you believe an error or adjustment needs to be addressed, you may contact Public Works Solid Waste Division at 770-531-6853, or visit the office in person. Every effort will be made to address your concerns prior to payment.
Use of the online payment portal requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher with Javascript enabled. Third-party security software/firewalls or custom browser security option settings may interfere with this payment process. If you have problems completing your payments online, you may try temporarily disabling your personal security/firewall software and returning Internet Explorer security settings to default.
