You can now pay your sewer bills securely online using a credit or debit card. To use this optional payment method you will need your "Account #", the last four (4) digits of your phone number on file, and your credit or debit card number.
Note: If you have no phone number on file, you may use "0000" as the last four (4) digits for your phone number. Always keep your phone number record up-to-date with Hall County to avoid future payment problems.
Your Account # is the number shown on your paper bill in the upper-right box (see image below).
A convenience fee of $2.50 (USD) will apply for online payments. This fee is collected by the payment processor for use of their services and does not go to Hall County. Credit/Debit cards accepted are VISA®, MASTERCARD®, and DISCOVER® in US dollars (USD).

Hall County does not collect personal or financial information through the payment interface, and abides by all provisions of the Privacy Policy.

Use of the online payment portal requires your browser to have Javascript enabled. Third-party security software/firewalls or custom browser security option settings may interfere with this payment process. If you have problems completing your payments online, you may try temporarily disabling your personal security/firewall software and returning your browser's security settings to default.
