Administration


The County Administrator is the chief operating officer responsible for:

  1. Directing the activities of employees and departments within the Hall County Government, which are subject to the Administrator's direction and jurisdiction.

  2. Implementing standards of management and operating practices and procedure to be followed by all offices, departments and County agencies.

  3. The administrative office provides the staff support for the County's Board of Commissioners, as well as managing and coordinating the activities of the departments under the commission.

  4. The administrative staff also coordinates the budget preparation process.

  5. Ensures proper collaboration and coordination between the departments.
