The County Administrator is the chief operating officer responsible
for:
- Directing the activities of employees and departments within
the Hall County Government, which are subject to the Administrator's
direction and jurisdiction.
- Implementing standards of management and operating practices
and procedure to be followed by all offices, departments and County
agencies.
- The administrative office provides the staff support for the
County's Board of Commissioners, as well as managing and coordinating
the activities of the departments under the commission.
- The administrative staff also coordinates the budget preparation
process.
- Ensures proper collaboration and coordination between the departments.

- Financial Management & Budget
- Human Resources

- Parks & Leisure Services
